Despite the vast potential, a poll conducted by Morning Consult and EdChoice revealed that while a majority of teachers are aware of ChatGPT, only a small percentage have utilized it in educational settings. Leading tech companies are actively developing AI tools tailored for educational purposes. Google’s Project Tailwind, for instance, is experimenting with AI notebooks that analyze student notes to develop study aids.
